• Current Overall Health and Immunization Records, including Tuberculosis (TB) Test Results
• Birth certificate or Passport
• Two forms of Address Verification-utility bills, mortgage statement, escrow papers/ rental agreement, etc.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR INTRADISTRICT TRANSFER REQUESTS

ALL parents must enroll their student at their school of residence even if you want to apply for an  Intra-District Transfer or you intend to apply to Rancho Elementary.  If you do not know your school of residence, click HERE

To request an intradistrict transfer parents must:

• First register at your school of residence by submitting a signed, completed registration packet
• Complete an Intra-District Transfer Application and have it signed by the principal at your school of residence
• Take the completed Intra-District transfer application (with the principal signature) to your school of choice.

You may only apply to ONE school of choice at a time; applications to multiple sites simultaneously will not be permitted.

Application Deadline for K-5 Intra-District Transfer requests:  First Monday in April (April 5, 2010).

Final notification date of application approval/denial/or waiting list placement for K-5:  First Monday in May (May 3, 2010).

The Rancho Elementary lottery will be held on January 30, 2010 at 9:00 am and placements are announced that day.  A waitlist will also be established on that day.

If your child was selected, an Intra-District transfer request is required.
